DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE FOR THE BUILDING TO ARRIVE?

Yes. You Will Need to Make Sure you Have the Concrete Pads on Site When the Driver Arrives to Make Sure the Building is on Solid Footing. We and Your Driver Will Discuss the Number and Sizes Needed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BUILDING TO  BE DELIVERED?

We Have the FASTEST Delivery on the Coast. Off Lots Can be Delivered Within Just a Few Days and Custom Ordered Buildings are Delivered Within 10 Days! Why Wait 3-4 Months Like The "Big" Stores?

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery Within 50 Miles if Free. There may be Cost Associated With the Needed Blocks and Anchors.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON MY BUILDING?

WHAT IF MY BUILDING DOESN'T FIT?

We Need at Least 12" Clear on Each Side of the Building to Locate it On Your Site. Storage Pro Is Not Responsible for Any Damage to the Building or Your Property if Proper Clearance is Not Provided.

WHAT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR MY BUILDING TO BE DELIVERED?

The Short Answer is, None. City, State and County Zoning and Permitting Can Vary so Widely That it is up to the Building Owner to Look Into Local Requirements and Apply For Necessary Permits. We Are Happy to Assist In Any Way We Can.

WHY IS MY 14' BUILDING ONLY 13'6" AND MY 16' BUILDING ONLY 15'6"?

The Department of Transportation Requires any Object Listed as 14' or Larger to be No More Than That Size Wide so Measurements Must be From Eave to Eave.
